It is a pleasure to interview with a 23 years old International Fitness Trainer, and Model Elad Michaeli to @guidebyday. Elad started his fitness journey at the age of 13. Now he is a personal trainer and successfully helped 100+ of his clients to get shaped. He also makes free online workout videos on youtube.

1. Hi, Elad! Thanks so much for taking the time to do this interview. I know our readers will enjoy it. Can you introduce yourself and describe what you do to our readers?

So hello 😊 my name is Elad Michaeli and I’m an Online trainer as well as a personal trainer in my gym called “Elad Michaeli Training Club” my whole life is dedicated to Fitness in one way or another. I started my online business two years ago and once it took off I opened my gym 6 months ago.

2. Who or what gives you the most inspiration?

What gives me to most inspiration is to make a difference in the fitness industry, I feel like a lot of people are struggling to find the right answers to their questions and come across a lot of stumbling blocks in their way and that’s the reason I opened my online business at the first place, to stop with all the automated workout plans and make sure everyone gets exactly what they need.

3. Which Workouts Do You Enjoy?

It has to be Chest & Arms and to ensure the workout is good it has to be late in the day (After 10 PM) I don’t like a workout when there’s still light haha.

4. What Are Your Personal Fitness Goals?

I like the way I am right now, I’m not looking to get any bigger or shredder but I always aim to get stronger so if it means to add more weight or new bodyweight exercises then that’s my current goal.

5. How do you incorporate balance into your daily life?

I’m making sure that I always with my schedule in front of me and that’s how I manage my time.

6. How would you describe your philosophy on health and fitness?

I really like the connection of our health with fitness. This is something that we all should be aware of and start training regularly. Our health is the engine in our body and fitness would be the sort of the performance like engine oil and plugs to drive in a healthy lifestyle.

7. To someone just getting started looking to live a healthier lifestyle and incorporate fitness, what would your advice to them be?

Always follow a plan and make sure you’re enjoying the process if you go to the gym and suffer then you need to find some different kinds of workouts and if you don’t enjoy your meals you need to switch your diet plan. It’s all about enjoying the process because it’s not a sprint it’s a marathon.

8. Is This Your Childhood Dream Or Something You Just Fell Into?

I would say it’s been my dream since I was 13 years old when I first started working out, I knew that I liked it and that’s what kept me going.

9. Do I really need a personal trainer to tell me how to work out?

If you’re lacking motivation or knowledge then you need a personal trainer. If you know exactly what to do and you’re full of motivation I don’t see a reason to take a personal trainer however it’s always good to discuss with other people what you’re doing because everyone can teach you something new.

10. Are You More Comfortable In Group Or Personal Training?

I like it both, it’s very different because group training is more energetic and the workout is based on muscle endurance and personal training is based on the trainer’s goals.

The best advice possible to give to anyone beginner/expert is to stay consistent.

Don’t underestimate the bodyweight exercises because every single gym exercise comes from a certain bodyweight. So do your push-ups and pull-ups!

BreakfastI eat the same breakfast for the past 7 years so definitely will go with Protein Pancakes – Oats, Eggs, Protein Powder and Blueberries
Pre WorkoutWould go with something small like a Banana
Post WorkoutDefinitely something big like a good meat source as well as a carb source and don’t forget the fats.
For example – Sirloin Steak 🥩, Basmati Rice 🍚, Green Salad 🥗, Tahini 😎
DinnerProtein Pizza 🍕! Dough made out of whole grains, low-fat cheeses 🧀 and homemade pizza sauce
SnacksProtein Bars for me, if I feel the need for something sweet either Protein Bars or Protein Cookies (#Homemade!)

So we’ve been together 4 years by now and what makes her perfect for me it’s she gets me and we have the same goals and we’re achieving them together. She helps me with everything (she’s the one behind the camera) and she manages the gym and everything basically she’s the reason everything goes so well 😊

Elad Michaeli Training Club

Elad started his training club at the beginning of the year 2021. His dream is to reach and help as many people as he can. He is also eager to share his knowledge with beginners and help them to achieve their dream bodies. Currently, he has 150 members in his training club.
