It is a pleasure to interview with a 23 years old International Fitness Trainer, and Model Elad Michaeli to @guidebyday. Elad started his fitness journey at the age of 13. Now he is a personal trainer and successfully helped 100+ of his clients to get shaped. He also makes free online workout videos on youtube.

So hello š my name is Elad Michaeli and Iām an Online trainer as well as a personal trainer in my gym called āElad Michaeli Training Clubā my whole life is dedicated to Fitness in one way or another. I started my online business two years ago and once it took off I opened my gym 6 months ago.
What gives me to most inspiration is to make a difference in the fitness industry, I feel like a lot of people are struggling to find the right answers to their questions and come across a lot of stumbling blocks in their way and thatās the reason I opened my online business at the first place, to stop with all the automated workout plans and make sure everyone gets exactly what they need.
It has to be Chest & Arms and to ensure the workout is good it has to be late in the day (After 10 PM) I donāt like a workout when thereās still light haha.
I like the way I am right now, Iām not looking to get any bigger or shredder but I always aim to get stronger so if it means to add more weight or new bodyweight exercises then thatās my current goal.
Iām making sure that I always with my schedule in front of me and thatās how I manage my time.
I really like the connection of our health with fitness. This is something that we all should be aware of and start training regularly. Our health is the engine in our body and fitness would be the sort of the performance like engine oil and plugs to drive in a healthy lifestyle.
Always follow a plan and make sure youāre enjoying the process if you go to the gym and suffer then you need to find some different kinds of workouts and if you donāt enjoy your meals you need to switch your diet plan. Itās all about enjoying the process because itās not a sprint itās a marathon.
I would say itās been my dream since I was 13 years old when I first started working out, I knew that I liked it and thatās what kept me going.
If youāre lacking motivation or knowledge then you need a personal trainer. If you know exactly what to do and youāre full of motivation I donāt see a reason to take a personal trainer however itās always good to discuss with other people what youāre doing because everyone can teach you something new.
I like it both, itās very different because group training is more energetic and the workout is based on muscle endurance and personal training is based on the trainerās goals.
The best advice possible to give to anyone beginner/expert is to stay consistent.

Donāt underestimate the bodyweight exercises because every single gym exercise comes from a certain bodyweight. So do your push-ups and pull-ups!

Breakfast | I eat the same breakfast for the past 7 years so definitely will go with Protein Pancakes ā Oats, Eggs, Protein Powder and Blueberries |
Pre Workout | Would go with something small like a Banana |
Post Workout | Definitely something big like a good meat source as well as a carb source and donāt forget the fats. For example ā Sirloin Steak š„©, Basmati Rice š, Green Salad š„, Tahini š |
Dinner | Protein Pizza š! Dough made out of whole grains, low-fat cheeses š§ and homemade pizza sauce |
Snacks | Protein Bars for me, if I feel the need for something sweet either Protein Bars or Protein Cookies (#Homemade!) |
